Remember Maleke Moye? Well, the celebrity may have been missing in action but he is back and is reportedly suing telecommunication giant, 9mobile, to the tune of N500 million.

that the Nigerian Musician and comedian appeared before the Federal High
Court, Ikoyi in the case that was presided over by Hon Justice Faji.

According to the reports, the suit was
instituted against 9mobile for the unauthorized copying, theft, sale and
continuous resale of sixteen of Mr Maleke's tracks as ring tunes on its
website for a period of seven years.
Speaking in court, the complainant lamented the financial loss he has suffered over the years "due to the brazen display of recklessness by the telecommunications giant."
He further lamented the fact that all
attempts at dialogue with 9mobile's parent company have been futile
hence the need to resort to the law solution.
LIB reports that the case has been adjourned until a later date for further hearing.
